What an image is
One image is one kitchen design in your room, one edit of a design, such as a different worktop, or one change made with the pen: swapping a piece, adding a product from a photo you add, removing something or a new wall colour.
Viewing, downloading and sharing what you have already created stays free. So does your empty room.

Room guarantee
Your kitchen designs should keep your room as it is. If an image changes your walls, windows or doors, tap Report on that image. We review every report, and if the room was changed, that image is returned to your balance.
Questions
Do images expire?
No. Images you buy stay in your balance until you use them. The kitchens you create stay in your account until you delete them.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a single payment. Nothing renews, and you are only charged again if you buy another pack.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider on its own payment page. We never see your full card details.
Do prices include tax?
You see the final price on the payment page before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have used fewer than 5 images from the pack. Our refund policy has the details.
