About these terms
These terms describe the use of BTTR Space’s kitchen visualisation tools, including room planning, inspiration selection and AI-generated concepts. Read them together with our Privacy policy.
Using BTTR Space
BTTR Space helps you explore kitchen aesthetics and configurations from room photos, measurements and inspiration selections. Use accurate information, protect your account credentials and upload only material you own or are authorised to use.
Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, access another person’s account, bypass service limits or interfere with security. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
What an image means
Generated images are design concepts. They may alter dimensions, openings, materials or fixtures, and can contain visual or practical errors. A 3D model based on entered measurements does not make an AI image a certified plan.
Before buying products or starting work, have dimensions, clearances, structural changes, ventilation, plumbing, electrical work and other installation requirements checked by a qualified professional. The service does not supply an architectural, engineering or installation service.
Your uploads and results
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads. You grant the permissions needed to host, process and transmit them to the service providers involved in producing and storing your requested results. Uploads are handled as described in the Privacy policy.
AI-generated results may not be unique and may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Use of generated results remains subject to applicable law and any relevant third-party rights and provider terms. Third-party brands, designs and other rights are not transferred by generating an image.
Credits, pricing and cancellation
Pricing and credit packages are still being defined. No paid package, subscription or credit entitlement is offered under these terms.
If paid features become available, their prices, credit conditions and cancellation information will be presented before purchase. Applicable consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
Availability and account restrictions
Features may change during development. We may restrict misuse or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and a way to seek review.
No wording here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disputes and changes
Applicable law governs the use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a claim before a competent court.
Material changes to the terms will be notified as required and will not silently change an existing purchase. See Contact for support information.
