This policy covers the image packs you can buy on BTTR Space.

Refunds on image packs
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have used fewer than 5 images from that pack.
When a pack is refunded, its remaining images are removed from your balance. The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
After 14 days, or once you have used 5 or more images from a pack, that pack cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it.
Free images and the free empty room have no cash value, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
Returned images
Room guarantee. If an image changes your walls, windows or doors, tap Report on that image in the studio. We review every report. If the room was changed, that image is returned to your balance.
If an image cannot be created because of an error, the image it used is returned to your balance.
Returned images go back to your balance. They are not a refund of money.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@bttrspace.com from the email address of your BTTR Space account. Include the date of purchase and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
